CONSTRUCTION MEETS DESIGN
This successful project was achieved with the client, interior designer and the numerous other parties to create this masterpiece. It relied on the superior skills, great communication and an amicable and thriving relationship between everyone involved.
“We engaged the services of Kings Road Construction (KRC) in July 2018 , the brief was to design and build a coastal plantation themed residence on our 1,363 sqm ocean front site.
The initial design was superb, beyond our expectations, (For the record three previous Architects / Designers were unable to satisfy the agenda,) the professional presentation was most impressive, resulting in a Classic / Timeless design. Lyndon Reitsema the principal of KRC and his team were totally committed to build our dream home, their ownership mentality throughout the build was exemplary, the final result spectacular.
The 620 sqm house was built in a year, an outstanding achievement during challenging times. We are fortunate to have established a wonderful everlasting connection with Lyndon.
As owners we would highly recommend KRC as Designer / Builders and more than happy to provide additional verbal endorsement if required.
